Boat Slip Fees and Registration Information

The boat slip fees are based on the length of the slip and vary depending on your membership status and residency:

BPCA Members: $14 per foot

East Rockaway, NY Residents (Outside of BPCA Area): $22 per foot

Non-Members (Outside of the 11518 zip code): $30 per foot
Additional Fees:

Security Deposit: $180

Registration Fee for Non-Members: $40

At the time of registration, a copy of your boat registration and
a photo of your boat are required.
​
Boat Slip Maintenance: Boat owners are responsible for the maintenance and repair/replacement of hardware at their assigned slip, including ladders, which may need to be replaced at the owner’s expense.
